Main Requirements:

• Client-first approach to sales with a servant-hearted confidence 

• Strong people skills, charisma, and the ability to connect with prospects/clients 

• Bring on new clients to the firm 

• Present at educational workshops in the community 

• Attain Series 65 and Life and Health 

• CFP® candidate or actively pursuing CFP® certification 

• Interest in obtaining the CKA® Credential
