This role will lead the finance activities, including FP&A and commercial finance for the product company Reuter-Stokes. The Lead Product Line Finance Analyst will act as the operating partner for the Reuter-Stokes General Manager and CFO.
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the closing process including understanding and communication of overall financial results (product company, regional, vertical, commercial segmentation)
- Ensuring planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions and sub-product lines.
- Building and maintaining financial models to forecast and report actuals and will be the commercial finance POC for Reuter Stokes
- Supporting the development of financial forecasts including, quarterly business reviews, short and long-range plan, 8 QTR forecast, and annual plan
- Driving operating rhythms such as sales/margin pacing, base cost reviews and product line touchpoints
- Collaborating effectively with business leaders to drive key business initiatives such as new product investments/ROI, product line profitability, etc.
- Supporting the team on KPI's to measure the performance in all areas of the organization
- Driving backlog & volume validation modeling to drive consistent definitions and system-driven reporting across supply chain, finance, and sales.
- Acting as the point of contact for all PSI HQ finance requests and effectively communicating Reuter-Stokes financials and effect on operating.
- Supporting technology leader with better visibility of technology functional costs including budgeting and variance analysis, as well as NPI say/do analysis.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent (Aspire or FMP graduate is a bonus)
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a financial position
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Have an ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Have an ability to dive deep in financial details and synthesize into key insights and actions

The annual pay scale for this position is between $95,700.00 - $194,600.00.
Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits.
