About the Role
Our client, a growing wealth management firm in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor to join their team. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, equally divided between managing existing client relationships and driving new business development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with an established client base.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, leveraging your sales expertise.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth, with potential future opportunities for equity or ownership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advising.
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
- CFP designation preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 with commissions of 10%-25% on new business development and term equity opportunity.
