Our client, a growing wealth management firm in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advising.
  • At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
  • CFP designation preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 with commissions of 10%-25% on new business development and term equity opportunity.
