Our client is seeking an experienced and personable Lead Financial Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work with a portfolio of sophisticated clients, providing tailored financial advice and strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only smart and strategic but also has the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary financial advisor for a diverse and sophisticated client base, offering personalized financial planning and investment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and present actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends, tax laws, and financial products to provide the most current advice.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to financial planning.
  • Meet with clients in the office a few days a week to discuss their financial plans and progress.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management (ideally more experience).
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality financial advice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Compensation

  • Total compensation will range from $105,000 - $250,000 per year based on level of experience.
