Partner with the best

The Lead Finance Specialist will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for corporate costs, a business, or a P&L within a business. This person will be responsible for supporting the functional team, as well as Finance personnel by consulting, interpreting and evaluating financial information

As the Lead Finance Specialist, will have the following responsibilities: 

• Managing FP&A management for corporate functional costs
• Collaborating and partnership with functional business partners and leaders
• Collaborating with other HQ FP&A through monthly operating rhythms
• Providing period close activities – transactional and analytical
• Providing monthly projections, quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and other planning support
• Conducting CAPEX tracking, variance analysis, business case support, and other ad hoc reporting
• Preparing, support, and present financials and business updates
• Identifying opportunities to reduce overall costs and validate potential synergy/cost out opportunities

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Advanced financial and accounting skills
• Demonstrated success collaborating and building partnership with operations and cross functional areas
• Ability to interact with business leaders showing positive influence of organization on P&L
