As a Lead Finance Manager, you've to provide financial planning and analysis to support a Corporate, business or P&L within a business. This position requires a thorough understanding, application, and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies, and applications in a concrete organizational context. You will have the opportunity to advise management in the function and/or in the business and have a supportive role in decision-making about important subjects. This person will also be comfortable presenting to leaders throughout various business solutions and work cross-functionally.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.

Managing the quarterly closing activities, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.

Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning.

Driving weekly pacing calls with the site leader and operational team to ensure the progress of orders and P&L performance against estimates

Performing detailed variance analysis of costs and revenue versus budgets and to ensure alignment with corporate objectives

Reviewing and report the site's standard variable margin (SVM) and contribution margin (CM). Work on initiatives to improve profitability

Leading order Margin Reviews to define the site margin for the purpose of revenue recognition

Analyzing bullet train costs and propose action plans to improve productivity (VCP), as well as corrective action plans as needed.

Performing other closing and reporting task as may assign by the team lead

Working on initiatives to improve processes and procedures for the new VTC site
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting specialty
-
6-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

Advanced qualifications such as Master’s degree or CPA/CMA may bring additional insight to the role.

Relevant experience in manufacturing finance is valued

Diverse knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis Operations

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders.

Have solid experience of managing the business cycle through planning and budgeting forecasts in a multi-level organization.

Show experience of creating and implementing KPI's to measure performance and implement improvements.

Be able to develop strategic process for data management to help us uncover performance and financial insights.

Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global-matrix organization.

Have excellent communication and presentation skills including communicating complex financial content to a range of audiences.
