Lead Enterprise Architect – Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Application Expert who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services. Tietoevry Tech Services is a true multi-cloud platform provider with a full range of infrastructure choices at scale. We are fueling rapid software development and data innovation with strong security, scalability, speed, and savings for businesses.
We are building a new business IT function and a new team that will be responsible for the Tietoevry Tech Services internal IT needs. The function will be responsible for providing the business IT services to Tech Services business and the whole service lifecycle. The scope covers both core IT capabilities like collaboration solutions, workstations, office network etc. as well as business applications, integrations, and data management.
This is an opportunity to join a team that will create and provide world class business IT solutions and services for a major IT service provider.
When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Make sure Business IT architecture meets the business needs and supports the business
- Ensure that technology strategies are aligned and supports the business strategy and key initiatives and projects.
- Manage enterprise architecture, so that it addresses all aspects of the business: people, processes, technology, information, systems and needed changes
- Define and deploy Business IT architecture and design practices, principles, standards, and rules
- Advice and validate business IT architecture and system high level design
- Ensure that the conceptual completeness of the technical solutions
- Ensure that appropriate security and compliance measures are taken into account in design
- Collaborate with Tech Services Enterprise Architecture
Who are we looking for:
- A motivating leader and collaborator supporting success of the Tech Services business
- Building and leading successful and optimized Business IT function and services
- Fact based decision making and taking accountability
- Vision for the optimal Business IT architecture and architecture management
- Strive for architecture excellence and satisfaction to the services
- Relevant architecture knowledge and certifications from TOGAF, IASA or similar
- Highly skilled in Business Technology Strategy
- Fluent in the English language both verbal and writing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrable
- Suitable academic degree
As a person, you are communicative, responsive and a genuine leader with a good ability to collaborate with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and operational functions.
