Job Summary:
Join our People & Culture Technology Engineering team to lead our tribe of engineers and partner with our business to help deliver transformation across the group in key domains like employment, people experience, recruitment, learning and development and talent management. You will work in a multi-disciplined, diverse team spread across Australia, India and Philippines and implement solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What role will you play:
- As a Lead Engineer, you will help build out API first services and event driven architecture with key focus on scale, security and robustness. You will also design and implement high-quality products that is thoroughly tested and cater to a world class user experience. You will work with business and lead the transformation of their process not only through automation but also by bringing Agentic AI capabilities to the fore front. In this role, you will uplift development experience with a strong focus on CI/CD and bring in other key aspects of XP like TDD, pair programming, code refactoring, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform design and tool chain.
- You will help the business solve complex problems by partnering with them in discovery, uncovering the problem statement, and designing the right solution. In addition, provide maintenance and enhancements to the existing code base to help our test team build automated testing and delivery.

- Experience with various testing libraries
- Experience building Agentic solutions integrating with LLMs through APIs

- Building out multi-channel solutions – web, mobile and
- Good working experience with AWS and bonus points for Kubernetes experience
- SQL, including performance tuning and design
- Exposure working in a cross functional team, especially working alongside UX designers, to help build out the best possible outcomes for the end user.

- MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech degree
- Experience with Java
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with Docker

- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience building multi-channel web and mobile solutions
- Good working experience with AWS
