We are seeking a Full stack Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical solutions, lead engineering teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies (Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, or .NET) combined with frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of Full stack applications.
  • Architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
  • Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills

  • Backend Expertise: Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
  • Frontend Skills: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Databases: SQL (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in software development.
  • Prior experience in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in solution architecture and system design.
  • Exposure to distributed systems and high-availability applications.
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
