- Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including Oracle RAC.
- Strong proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, with significant hands-on involvement in database-specific services.
- Proficiency with database replication tools like Oracle GoldenGate or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with database monitoring and performance analysis tools (e.g., OEM, AWR).
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
