Lead a team of full stack web development engineers achieve business objectives through latest web technology solutions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project goals, develop scalable models, and establish metrics for success.
Perform exploratory analysis for various proof of concepts (POC), and evaluate the performance and feasibility for solving business challenges.
Deploy code into production environments and implement monitoring to ensure their reliability and scalability.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of end-to-end applications, including integration with business processes and systems.
Optimize resource allocation, including hardware, software consumption, data, and team members, to meet project timelines and objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Research and implement best practices to enhance the application and operational efficiency.
