As a Lead Engineer- Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include electromechanical design of electrical panels and enclosures.
  • Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
  • Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
  • Working towards a project statement of requirements and staying focused to the taskings.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Have the ability to participate on a team as an individual contributor, with a mentor for guidance.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • A desire to learn and is a self-starter.
  • Experience with CAD software for electromechanical design. SolidWorks preferred
  • Good writing and oral communication skills

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, may be able to work remotely 1-2 days per week, and in office (Claremore, OK 2-3 days per week.
  • Position requires to be living close to or commutable to Claremore, OK
