Set-up and adaptation of dynamic models of physical systems and control system
Development, specification and programming of controls algorithms
Adaptation of controls for new product developments
Execution of inhouse lab tests and support of field testing for validation of physical models.
Set-up of a consistent MBD toolchain for test and validation of control algorithms and control software
Close cooperation with external Control Systems supplier and with internal R&D teams and other internal teams involved in modelling, simulation and software development
Creation and further development of specifications and standard works for controls and MBD based controls development.
Professional Education and Experience:
BSc. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or IT with focus on modelling and simulation; more than 3 years of professional experience
or
MSc. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or IT with focus on modelling and simulation with a job experience of more than 6 months
Details of competencies:
Experience in Model Based Design Methodology
Experience with Mathlab/Simulink/Stateflow and Dymola/Modelica Software
Experience in modelling of dynamic systems
Experience in design and application of control algorithms
Basic knowledge and experience in programming of programmable controllers
Basic knowledge in HVACR Technology and Thermodynamics
Basic knowledge in measurement technology
