- 6+ years of experience in managing OpenShift and Kubernetes based environments.
- Expertise in Red Hat Openshift 4.x and Kubernetes administration.
- Strong Background in Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman, CRI-O).
- Hands on experience with HELM, Operators and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals in Kubernetes (Ingress, Service Mesh, CNI Plugins).
- Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD, Tekton or FluxCD.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform or Helm charts.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
- Experience in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenShift Logging).
- Understanding of security best practices (RBAC, SCCs, Pod Security Policies).
- Experience with CI/CD.
