We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Lead Document Controls Analyst that will play a critical role in evaluating, enhancing, and managing the document control systems that support our engineering, operations, and compliance teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in PMIS (Project Management Information Systems) integration and enterprise data systems.
Responsibilities:
- Asses the current state of document control systems and workflows across a complex project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for document control modernization
- Propose options on how existing information systems can be streamlined, connected, enhanced, and replaced to provide a more effective unified system
- Create training, process and procedure documentation for the enterprise document systems
- Manage the integration of PMIS platforms and ensure seamless data flow between systems
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance and user support for document management tools
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards
- Train and support staff on document control procedures and system usage
- Monitor system performance and generate reports for leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of some college coursework and relevant experience
- 10+ years experience in document control or information systems management, preferably in industrial or energy sectors
- Proven experience evaluating and implementing document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, InEight, ProCore, etc.)
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management, version control, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI and Visio is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Benefits & Salary:
- This position pays between $85,000 and $105,000 annually and is an exempt position.
- Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
- Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
- May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
