WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Digital Consumer Experience team is responsible for crafting the best retail experiences for Nike Consumers and Members on Nike.com and Nike App and building seamless consumer journeys. In this role you are part of the NDDC Digital Consumer Experience team EMEA, reporting into the Dir. NDDC Consumer Experience EMEA and working cross-functionally with EMEA and global counterparts and teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a related e-commerce platform optimization role, ideally for a fast-growth e-commerce sport fashion brand or retailer. The candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of leading site optimization initiatives for a specific category of products and driving measurable improvement on key digital KPIs. They will also bring in previous experience in orchestrating x-functional teams to deliver a digital strategy for a product category.

Previous people management experience (managing direct reports)

Extensive knowledge of digital consumer journeys in a brand e-commerce environment and strong x-functional team leadership

Digital Consumer expertise & Digital platform experience (e.g : Consumer journey mapping)

Strong analytical skillset, with experience across digital KPIs (conversion rate optimization). Ability to translate insights into impactful actions to continuously improve consumer journeys across website and app.

Ability to think strategically and lead projects; ability to develop and bring to life experience strategies in collaboration with multiple teams

Effectively communicate and drive alignment and accountability; prioritization and integration across multiple functions and teams

Experience managing complex processes & collaborating with multiple functions (merchandising, digital marketing, digital operations). Ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders.

Experience working with digital, x-functional teams and global counterparts

A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport and fashion
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Lead Digital Experience will drive the digital experience for a specific Consumer category (Mens, Womens, Kids) and Field of Play (Lifestyle, Running, Fitness, Football). In this role you will design & execute journeys that deliver on the vision, optimizing both the Consumer Experience on Nike’s Digital Ecosystem (Nike.com and Nike APP) as well as maximizing the Digital KPIs
Core responsibilities include;

Connect closely with your Consumer Field of Play (CFOP) team to align to long term strategy & seasonal priorities

Translate CxFoP strategies into tangible Digital Experience bring to life plans

Ensure the consumer journeys are in line with UX and brand best practices, including a consistent and continuous data led offense. Ensure seamless and compelling consumer journeys within Gender and across gender, and connection into broader (non)seasonal initiatives.

Partner with other Digital Experience functions (365,C apabilities) & Business Commerce teams to align on joint priorities & programming and manage conflicting priorities through key seasonal preparation forums as well as through direct stakeholder relationships.

Drive and maximize specific digital initiatives (e.g. shop the look, gear up functionalities)

Partner with Geo & Global teams to ensure roadmaps capture experience & capabilities opportunities

Drive cross functional coordination to drive platform strategic levers (membership, personalization, 02O)

In this role you will work with teammates in Digital Experience & Digital Commerce/Business Offense, CFOP Stakeholders, Digital Marketing & integrated media, Digital Operations, Global NDDC, Merchandising & DSM.
