The Cloud & DevOps team hiring a Lead to work on Enterprise platforms that support the entire organization’s product development. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will lead efforts to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions, driving automation and efficiency across the software development lifecycle. You will demonstrate leadership and drive engineering excellence within your team and influence the same across the Technology & Data department. The role will including architecting, building, supporting and communicating DevOps and Observability platforms using a stack of cloud native tools including EKS, Terraform, Github Actions, Elastic Observability and Ansible. You will use your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms to optimize performance and scalability, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Take a lead role in designing and building robust and scalable enterprise wide DevOps practices & evangelize devops adoption and maturity across the organization
• AWS or Cloud architect that understand cloud infrastructure design with confidence in building cloud environments on Kubernetes in Terraform managed through a GitOps pipeline
• Hands on delivery and implementation of reusable platform and reference implementations across CI/CD, DevOps, SRE frameworks using Github Actions, Terraform, Ansible, Vault, Sonarqube etc.
• Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on a variety of DevOps collaborative platforms, industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Experience with Elastic Observability in architecting, optimizing and managing the platform
• Analyze devops pipelines built by users of the DevOps platform to help modernize, migrate and fix any issues or bottlenecks.
• Take initiative to improve the way we do things, and to ensure that we work smart and build quality into everything we do.

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years hands on experience to automate build, continuous integration and deployment processes with industry best practices and standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Terraform, CI server and orchestrators (Github Actions), Vault, Consul, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Artifactory, Build tools (kubctl, python, npm, docker etc.)
• Ability to provide concise and persuasive reasons on the established standards and guidelines to the application teams that have various levels of knowledge on the topics.
• Ability to build software pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi etc.. with various DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience in Linux – Mandatory, some Windows based platform knowledge is needed.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS Mandatory
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communicator of technical design and strategy.
