Job Description- You are responsible for the implementation of complex software components and work closely with the Chief Technology Officer
- You lead the development team technically, carry out code reviews and ensure high code quality
- You are responsible for the technical implementation of customer installations
- You establish and maintain agile processes (SCRUM) in daily development work
- You are the central technical contact person for our ETL processes and our web applications (React, Material UI)
- You support DevOps and QA processes (e.g. CI/CD, automated testing) and pay attention to the implementation of IT security standards
- You have a degree in computer science, an apprenticeship in IT (software development) or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in software development (e.g. TypeScript/JavaScript for frontend and backend, Python for ETL) and have very good knowledge of architectures, design patterns and testing practices
- You are very experienced in using agile methods and guiding development teams
- Your enjoyment of complex technical challenges and your openness to new technologies are remarkable - your motivation to drive product quality and development processes is also very high
- ou are business fluent when communicating in German and English
