About the Role


Sellers Dorsey is seeking a new Lead Desktop Support Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the IT Infrastructure Manager in building and maintaining Sellers Dorsey’s infrastructure and helps facilitate the efficient day-to-day administration and management of M365. This role is expected to be the backup leader for the IT Infrastructure Manager.


Key Responsibilities


1- Administration & Support:

  • M365:MS Entra-ID, Intune and Intune deployments, Global Secure Access, Windows Administration
  • Cisco Duo
  • Ninja One
  • Helpdesk ticket management and support
  • MAC Administration
  • SharePoint Role based access control
  • Cisco Meraki Administration

2- Compliance, Troubleshooting and Security:

  • Assist the IT Infrastructure Manager with all compliance duties related to SOC 2, HITRUST and HIPAA.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployments, infrastructure, and application performance.
  • Implement security best practices within M365 environment.

3- Asset Management:

  • Maintain inventory of all Sellers Dorsey company assets.

4- Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver support and services to Sellers Dorsey and its customers and partners.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 5 years of related experience.
  • CISSP, CISM, AZ-500, SC-300, SC-200 certifications preferred.
  • M365: Must have a deep understanding of M365 and deployment tools such as Ninja One and Intune.
  • Helpdesk: Must be proficient in Fresh Service or similar ticketing system tools.
  • Multi-factor Authentication: Must be familiar with MFA deployments on mobile devices and laptops. Experience with Duo is a plus.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell a plus.


Compensation & Benefits 


The anticipated salary range for candidates is $90,000/year to up to $115,000/year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 9% of annual salary. 


Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life. Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey’s 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements.  Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need. Additionally, we offer 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid time off for qualifying medical leave, and up to 12 weeks of combined paid parental and bonding leave. The foregoing benefits and paid time off, including an employee’s eligibility therefore, will be controlled by applicable plan documents and Sellers Dorsey policy.
