Responsibilities
- Understanding and aligning with business needs, identifying related data requirements
- Proposal submission, time estimation
- Planning and creating system designs for datamarts, data warehouses, or data platforms
- Data modeling
- Participation as a tech lead in the development of reports, dashboards, and ETL processes
- Planning and leading testing activities
- Professional leadership of project teams (3-6 members)
Requirements
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with Oracle/MS-SQL/Azure-based data warehouses/data platforms
- Proficiency in assessing business logic, proposal submission, and time estimation
- Experience in project management or leading professional teams (building, migrating, and further developing data warehouses)
- Project experience on the supplier side
- Customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and proactivity
- Strong technical and business English (oral, reading and writing).
- Problem-solving skills, creativity
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in projects running on cloud platforms
- Experience in international projects
