Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Data Engineer at Tietoevry, located in Pune. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership by leading the design and development of data platforms, orchestrating complex data pipelines, data modeling, ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes, data warehousing, and data analytics. You will manage and delegate work to a team of 3-6 data engineers, ensuring best practices in data engineering are followed. Additionally, you will participate in customer discussion meetings to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with client expectations and handle operations.
