We are currently seeking a talented: Lead Data Engineer

Are you a data engineering pro who loves to roll up your sleeves, architect scalable systems, and actually see your work make an impact? We’re on the lookout for a Lead Data Engineer who’s both technically sharp and execution-focused — someone who’s more about doing than delegating.

This role is for someone who leads from the front — a “playing team member” who writes code, solves problems, and brings best practices to life across our modern data platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build a robust, enterprise-level data platform that enables our teams to make smart, data-driven decisions.
• Take the lead on architectural choices for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other elements of the modern data stack.
• Implement access controls, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and data quality checks that make our data trustworthy and secure.
• Set up data observability to keep things running smoothly (and catch issues before they become problems).
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business folks to turn messy data into meaningful insights.
• Be a technical mentor and go-to expert for the team — no ivory tower thinking here.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience building enterprise-scale data systems that actually get used.
• You're fluent in data infrastructure, DevOps for data, and modern engineering workflows (CI/CD, Git, etc.).
• Deep understanding of data governance, security, and quality at scale.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and cloud data ecosystems.
• A genuine passion for solving problems and building clean, efficient, scalable systems.
• You’re collaborative, hands-on, and always thinking a few steps ahead.
