As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to provide actionable insights that optimize our workforce strategies. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and deliver impactful analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform workforce strategies and business decisions.
  • Collaboration with Data Teams: Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis. Participate in designing scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.
  • Advanced Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling visualizations that communicate complex analytical insights to HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Predictive Analytics: Help data scientists in analysis to develop and implement predictive models to forecast workforce needs, identify skills gaps, and recommend actions such as hiring, training, or workforce engagement.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple platforms. Collaborate with data governance teams to align processes and maintain high data quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously track and monitor the performance of KPI’s, analytical models and processes. Refine and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions that drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6–7+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related field
  • Strong experience in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable business insights
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience collaborating with data engineers and data scientists on data preparation and pipelines
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and data transformation techniques
  • Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to business and HR stakeholders
  • Experience ensuring data integrity, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards
  • Strong experience in KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and process optimization
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with predictive analytics and supporting or building forecasting models
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Familiarity with data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms
