As a Lead Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of data solution architecture that supports our business objectives. Your role will involve creating and optimizing data models, ensuring data quality, and integrating data from various sources to provide actionable insights and ensuring seamless connectivity with enterprise systems such as SAP and historical storage systems. You will play a crucial role in advancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities and driving operational excellence.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Enforce the Management Operating System (MOS) for the Central Data Services organization
- Establish or enforce best practices needed for new data solutions implementations working closely with the functional COE
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and develop data models
- Manage and run meetings with co-source colleagues, FILs, and Data Leads for various projects. Lead the historical data migration strategy and execution for SAP Deployment projects.
- Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow. Configure and support maintenance of Master, Submaster & Transactional Data objects for the retention period.
- Implement data governance rule and data cleansing processes to ensure data quality and integrity. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange between Historical storage application and S4 HANA.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for enhanced performance
- Provide guidance and support to other data analysts and architects
- Research, evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large work efforts for low to high complexity problems
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in SAP functional knowledge for all the objects required for data migration.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions.
- Strong knowledge on SAP Historical data management preferred
- 5+ years in data integration and Serrala (Neev) & ETL processes.
- 2+years Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL Server development or similar
- Must have experience with SAP R/3 and S4 HANA applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
