What you’ll do

• Lead & Manage the French Data Analyst Team: Oversee a team of Data Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Consult with Clients: Act as a trusted consultant for clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations for data analysis.
• Resource Management & Project Scoping: Manage project scoping, resourcing, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client requests.
• Deliver Insights & Reports: Support the production of full digital experience analytics reports using the Contentsquare platform, raw data and data extracted from Contentsquare.
• Client-Focused Storytelling: Transform complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights through clear, data-driven visualizations.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to improve processes, explore new service offerings, and elevate the team’s performance.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as a knowledge leader for internal teams (Customer Success, Product) and clients regarding data insights and platform expertise.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Analytics, CRO, or similar data-driven environments (including at least 2+ years in a leadership role).
• Strong background in consulting, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Team management experience with a track record of coaching and developing analysts.
• Passion for data, numbers, and delivering meaningful insights.
• Expertise in Data Visualization: Proven ability to translate data into impactful narratives.
• Technical Skills: SQL knowledge is a plus; experience with analytics platforms and dashboard creation.
• Stakeholder Management: Comfortable presenting complex findings to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in French (native ability) and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
