Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have extensive amount of professional expertise in data analytics, preferably within the free-to-play mobile games industry or another high-scale digital product environment.
- You've proven your ability to turn complex player and business data into clear insights, recommendations, and measurable impact.
- You have prior experience coaching, mentoring, or acting as a lead analyst on complex, cross-functional projects.
- You're proficient in SQL, allowing you to write efficient queries and prepare large datasets, and you have strong command of Python for processing, analysis, and visualization.
- You trust in statistical thinking and have solid experience designing, analyzing, and communicating the results of A/B tests and other experiments.
- You excel at communication and storytelling, sharing complex analysis clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Experience in free-to-play mobile games, specifically with analytics focused on live-ops, game economy, monetization, engagement, retention, or player progression.
- Familiarity with forecasting, predictive modeling, segmentation, churn analysis, or player Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling.
- Experience with building automated reporting, reusable data models, or analytics pipelines in collaboration with data engineering.
