- A proven experience of hands-on industry experience preferably in product analytics;
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write performant, complex queries across large-scale data environments;
- Solid working knowledge of Python and/or dbt would be considered an advantage;
- Proven experience delivering multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;
- Expertise in creating compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar—and ideally experience training others to use them effectively;
- Strong business acumen: you challenge vague requests, clarify impact, and guide stakeholders toward meaningful data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English;
- A self-starter and cross-functional collaborator who takes ownership, leads by example, and supports the growth of those around you.
