We are currently expanding our Lead Conversion Team, focused on outbound calling and

appointment setting. This role is responsible for contacting customers who have previously

expressed interest in our products, including event-generated leads and older database leads,

with the goal of scheduling in-home consultations.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are comfortable

making outbound calls, working toward goals, and contributing to a fast-paced team

environment.

**Base pay $19/hour plus Bonuses**

Job Description

This position reports to the Lead Conversion Supervisor and ISC Leadership Team. The primary

purpose of the Lead Conversion Specialist is to place outbound calls to prospective and

previous customers to secure in-home sales consultations.

This role is outbound-focused only and does not include inbound call handling.

General Responsibilities

● Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to schedule in-home

consultations

● Follow up with Register-to-Win (RTW) event leads and database nurture leads

● Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest but did not schedule or

canceled appointments

● Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines

● Accurately document all call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM system

● Maintain daily production targets, including call volume and performance metrics

● Schedule qualified appointments according to company guidelines

● Communicate with other departments as needed to verify or obtain information

● Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development

Performance Expectations

● Maintain 320+ outbound calls per day (1,600+ weekly)

● Achieve target performance metrics, including:

○ Set Rate (appointment conversion)

○ Hours Per Demo (HPD)

○ Issue Rate (appointment quality / show rate)

● Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all leads

● Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction

Education / Experience Required

● High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

● Outbound call center experience

● Appointment setting or inside sales experience

● Experience working in a performance-based environment

Skills

● Strong verbal communication skills

● Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone

● Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation

● Strong organizational and documentation skills

● Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

● Basic computer and CRM navigation skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
