Pay Range: $105k to $152k per year (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)

We are looking for a hands-on Controls & Automation Engineer to improve how our systems communicate, control equipment, and use data across our manufacturing operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across PLC systems, software, and real-world equipment—and wants to see their work directly impact production. What You’ll Do:  
  • Design and improve control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA)
  • Develop or modify software to improve communication between equipment, controls, and databases
  • Build and support SQL databases to capture and use data from sensors and production systems
  • Create and maintain:
    • Instrumentation specs and data sheets
    • Control system drawings and documentation
  • Support equipment selection, vendor coordination, and system integration
  • Lead or support projects from design through implementation
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing to improve system reliability and performance
 What You Bring:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in controls, automation, or industrial systems
  • Experience with one or more:
    • PLC / DCS / SCADA systems
  • Programming experience (C, C++, C#, Python, or similar)
  • Experience working with SQL or industrial data systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 Nice to Have ( But Not Required):  
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Experience leading projects or mentoring others
  • Experience transitioning designs into production
