We are seeking a Change Management Lead Consultant to join as as a new member of our Business Enablement team. In this client-facing role, you will bridge the gap between current and future state employee knowledge, skills, and behaviors. You'll ensure that critical initiatives like platform modernization (e.g., Databricks), Power BI adoption, or AI use cases are successfully embraced by business users, leading to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the realization of significant business value.

Beyond client engagements, you'll also contribute to the growth and standardization of our business enablement programs and processes as our practice expands. As a creative problem solver, you'll continuously seek innovative ways to help our clients achieve and exceed their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on developing customized change management strategies and workplans for each client engagement.
  • Execute comprehensive change management plans for 1-2 concurrent client engagements, covering organizational assessments, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, communication, and training.
  • With Change Management Lead, execute stakeholder engagement activities, fostering buy-in and ensuring designed solutions meet critical business needs.
  • Analyze stakeholder data to derive insights on interest, influence, and disposition of leaders and stakeholder groups.
  • With Change Management Lead, conduct change impact assessments to identify unique change management requirements for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate on developing sponsorship engagement plans to ensure alignment amongst executives and senior leaders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans.
  • Create and maintain informational sites used by customers before, during, and after their deployment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans.
  • Analyze pre and post-deployment survey data to assess organizational change readiness, user adoption, and transformation effectiveness over time.
  • Manage client expectations and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, governance, and reporting consulting teams to ensure cohesive, business-centric project delivery.
  • Partner with delivery teams to align initiatives with overarching business priorities.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of data analytics trends and best practices.
  • Begin to contribute to practice development, including pre-sales and sales activities, by articulating the value of change management in technical transformations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, specifically delivering large-scale data transformations.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, GCP) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business terminology.
  • Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Consulting Acumen: Exceptional facilitation, communication, and client-facing consulting skills, with the agility to adapt quickly in dynamic discussions.
  • Outcome-Oriented: An outcome-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable business value rather than just delivering outputs.
