Job Description
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and innovation, thrives on solving complex challenges, and has the vision to turn ideas into reality. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and an excellent communicator, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Leading a group of 4-5 developers and QA, working on designing and developing a set of software products in Computer Vision and AI.
- Participate in architecture and design decisions.
- Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and mentor developers on best practices in modern C++.
- Optimize architecture and code for memory management and latency reduction.
- 5+ years of professional, relevant experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of C++
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of programming principles and technologies, including design patterns, data structures, object-oriented programming, and ability to solve algorithmic problems
- Development experience in Linux
- Experience with designing multi-threaded applications
- Good communication skills
- Advanced level of spoken and written technical English
- Understanding of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Python and typical Computer Vision/AI libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, Tensorflow
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with .NET full-stack, backend or frontend development
- Experience in Scrum/Agile methodology.
