Lead Channel Sales Specialist - Artificial Lift (On Demand Solutions)

In this role, you'll use your knowledge to develop market strategies. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.

As a Lead Channel Sales Specialist, you'll collaborate with customers contributing to long-term planning and sales initiatives. In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you’ll integrate yourself into the process of developing new markets and customers to meet business needs. You’ll find joy in delivering successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic technology solutions.

As a Lead Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in the countries of Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
  • Handling the Sales and Technical support of Zenith products. This product line requires good technical knowledge of downhole gauge and upper completions to provide after sales support for our On-demand solutions customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of the ODS team.
  • Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory.
  • Handling diverse clients in the MENATI region.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial lift Equipment (Downhole, instrumentation or completion tools)
  • Have an experience in Zenith products is preferred
  • Have a technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
  • Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem-identification and solution skills.
  • Have a proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Able to influence others.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
