As a Channel Business Manager here at Honeywell, you will develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, provide them with the necessary tools and training for effective sales, and oversee partner performance and operational management. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Honeywell’s distribution network and ensuring alignment of channel strategies with our overall business objectives.

You will report directly to our Director of Sales within Industrial Measurement and Controls and role will be located in Charlotte, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, or New York

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s growth by strengthening our channel partner ecosystem, driving sales enablement, and ensuring operational excellence in partner management across the Industrial Automation sector.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance the company's distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and affiliates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell Honeywell's products and services.
  • Provide training, tools, and resources to channel partners to ensure effective sales and support.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and implement joint marketing plans, campaigns, and events.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, such as revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure channel strategies align with Honeywell's overall business objectives.
  • Manage partner agreements, including negotiation of terms, pricing, and performance targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service coordination.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the industrial automation space
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective partner engagement.
  • Analytical skills for performance tracking and market analysis.
  • Strategic thinking to align channel activities with business goals.
