As a Lead Channel Ops Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the onboarding process for Value Added Resellers (VARs) within our Security and Access Solutions (SAS) channel operations. You will ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency to support channel growth and partner success.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and work on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our VAR onboarding process, enabling faster time-to-market for new partners and contributing to the overall success of Honeywell's SAS channel ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new VAR partners in the SAS channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner onboarding status and documentation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact partner onboarding timelines.
- Support process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and partner experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports to channel leadership on onboarding progress and challenges.

- Proven experience in channel operations or partner onboarding roles, preferably within SAS or technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process execution and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with partner management systems, CRM platforms, and onboarding tools.
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements.
