In this position, you will join our team of portfolio and project managers and oversee the identification of business needs, research industry trends, and gathering of service requirements.
You will partner with technology and business groups to develop business case justification and translate business requirements into technical specification for the design and development of solutions. Additionally, you will support and consolidate financial planning processes including annual operating plan, long-term plan, monthly & quarterly forecasts, and resource management. Other responsibilities include identify process efficiencies, prioritizing data automation, and ensuring accurate reporting.
What You Will Do

  • Act as a horizontal function supporting and consolidating strategic financial and strategic initiatives across multiple vertical portfolios
  • Build and implement creative and innovative processes, procedures, and approaches across the portfolios to ensure Tech & Digital's holistic organizational health and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Leads functional teams during the annual / long term planning processes by meeting with technology teams, consolidating and submitting annual and long-term financial plans, and preparing executive facing summary content
  • Partner with business, project management, and technology groups to understand opportunities, define project scope, goals, and performance indicators.
  • Align with technology delivery team leaders to have a consistent portfolio level understanding of all in-flight technology projects for ad hoc executive updates
  • Direct capture and documentation of business requirements to translate them into functional designs for development, testing, and implementation of solutions.
  • Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast submission activities and reports.
  • Interprets data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to recommend business decisions.
  • Lead direct creation and content formation for various monthly executive forums on relevant portfolio updates.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience or business analysis.
  • Experience applying business analysis techniques, such as information gathering methods, requirements documentation, process modeling, and process mapping.
  • Experience with financial planning processes including annual operating plan, long-term plan, monthly & quarterly forecasts, and resource management.
  • Solid understanding of the technical project lifecycle and delivery.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and the core concepts of relational data.


Education
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
