We’re looking for a Lead Brand Designer who will report to our Head of Design, and take our visual identity to the next level.
Please note: This role is based in New York City. Candidates must be located in, or willing to relocate to NYC. No visa sponsorship offered. Must already be authorized to work in the U.S.
Role
- Be the creative force behind our brand. Build a bold visual language that reflects our mission and helps us stand out.
- Work closely with our Head of Design to integrate our visual brand into our product and design systems.
- Execute hands-on design work across the homepage, social media, marketing campaigns, events, swag, and more.
- Focus on creating, not on meetings. We prioritize exploration, iteration, feedback, and shipping.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Legal and Operations to support both existing and new projects. Play a key role in shaping a wide range of initiatives.
- NYC-based role with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a visual designer, brand designer, creative director, or brand-focused product designer.
- An impressive online portfolio that demonstrates excellence in web design, visual design, illustration, and motion design with work executed by your own hands.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and video/motion tools. Extra points for knowing HTML, CSS, or modern web frameworks.
- A systematic thinker who connects every detail to the bigger creative vision.
- A startup mentality with a proactive, resourceful approach and a strong drive to take ownership and get things done.
- Prior experience in crypto or finance is preferred, but not required. However a genuine excitement for both and a willingness to learn is essential.
