Our Client is an automated market maker (AMM) that functions as a decentralized exchange, allowing anyone to pool assets and participate in shared market-making strategies. It serves as an essential infrastructure for decentralized finance, providing developers, traders, and liquidity providers with a secure and reliable financial ecosystem.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing core smart contracts across multiple blockchains and writing and deploying token contracts. Your role will encompass blockchain strategy, market analysis, smart contract development, and backend integrations. Additionally, you will design puzzles and challenges to engage developers, fostering innovation within the ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team and take ownership of critical projects from day one.
- Experience with Layer 1 blockchain development (e.g., EVM, Tendermint)
- Strong understanding of reward tokens, token security, and standards such as ERC20, ERC721, and ERC1155
- Expertise in gas optimization for efficient smart contract execution
- Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in smart contract development
- Passion for coding puzzles and challenges
- Experience integrating smart contracts with backend systems (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with third-party API integration
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB database structure and best practices
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration
Nice to have skills
- Experience developing casino-style games (e.g., spinner, coin flip, lottery, splash, etc.)
- Participation in coding competitions such as ACM ICPC or Topcoder
- Previous experience working remotely in a startup environment
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
