Lead Blockchain Engineer - Public Blockchain Development

We are seeking a Lead Blockchain Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing large public blockchain networks. This role will take ownership of our blockchain architecture and play a critical role in shaping the underlying protocols that drive our decentralized infrastructure. As a lead, you will guide our team in building a resilient, secure, and scalable network.

• Lead the end-to-end development of our public blockchain network, from design through to deployment.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions, establishing protocols and consensus mechanisms for robust network performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain capabilities seamlessly within our decentralized systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to the blockchain engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our infrastructure remains at the forefront of decentralized and blockchain technology.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a lead role, with a successful track record in developing and scaling large public blockchain networks.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive engineering teams toward successful project outcomes.
