Lead BCBA Opportunity – Sandy Springs, GA
Are you an experienced BCBA looking for a leadership opportunity with a manageable caseload and strong work-life balance?
We're seeking a Lead BCBA with 2–3 years of experience to join a supportive team in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
✅ Caseload of only 8–12 clients
✅ 25–30 billable hours per week
✅ Hybrid schedule – 3 days in clinic, up to 2 days remote
✅ Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
✅ Salary: $83,000–$111,000 based on experience
✅ Quarterly performance bonuses ($2,000–$3,000)

Skills Required
