Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead with over 6+ years of experience in QA automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java or Python, strong experience in
building frameworks, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. This role involves working on the web, mobile, and other automation projects while collaborating directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing, design patterns including page
object model (POM) and cross browser automation.
Proficiency in Java or Python for automation scripting and framework development.
Experience with API testing frameworks such as RestAssured, Postman, or SOAPUI, and proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP web services.
Experience of Test Automation Integration with DevOps Pipeline and CI/CD.
Knowledge of other testing frameworks and tools will be an advantage ( Katalon, Cypress, Protector etc)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/related field and ~5+ years of
work experience as an automation tester.
Mentor junior and team members by providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and
fostering a collaborative learning culture.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and
team members effectively.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an automation tester
- At least 6 years of experience in QA automation
- Proficiency in Java or Python for automation scripting and framework development

- Experience with BDD, hybrid, and keyword-driven test automation approaches
- Experience with API testing using RestAssured, Postman, or SOAPUI
- Experience testing RESTful and SOAP web services

- Client and team collaboration experience
