An Assortment Planning Lead for Jordan Digital is responsible for developing, establishing and executing a clear, consumer-focused multi-seasonal Assortment Plan (AP) for their designated Sport. This role partners with Merchandising, Business Planning and the Sport teams to shape a product offering that supports profitability, productivity, and marketplace health, in alignment with Nike’s Sport Led Offense and brand activation initiatives. You will be reporting to the Direct Assortment Planning Manager, as part of Jordan team.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for developing and owning Jordan assortment and stock plans, optimizing RSV, margin, and inventory health. You will lead seasonal buy and responsive planning while communicating performance insights and mitigating risks. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver Jordan Digital business objectives and franchise health.
You’ll join a highly collaborative group that partners across Planning, Merchandising, Sports, Marketing, Direct, Supply Chain, and Finance. You’ll be the connective tissue ensuring that assortment strategies translate into strong consumer experiences and business results. Relationship building is key - you’ll influence decisions across multiple functions and levels, from sport category leads to senior Nike Direct leadership.
You’ll own the end-to-end assortment and stock planning process for your sport. You will build and maintain rolling Stock & Sales Plans that keep RSV, margin, and inventory healthy. You will create seasonal buy plans, adjust in-season based on performance, and make responsive decisions to capture upside or mitigate risk.
You actively contribute to CODE moments, bringing opportunities and risks clearly. Collaborate across functions to solve challenges, and use data to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
