Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementations, enhancement, and support of Oracle Cloud EPM/Anaplan and data integrations between various on-premises or cloud ERPs and Oracle EPM or 3rd party systems. This team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and Finance to ensure successful delivery of these end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

Application Implementation

  • Contribute to the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud EPM & EDM solutions as well as data flows from various ERPs to EPM and other 3rd party systems to meet business requirements.
  • Augment Finance EPM Admins to configure and customize Oracle Cloud EPM applications based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as necessary.

 

Technical Expertise & Support:

  • Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud EPM applications, addressing and resolving system issues tied to ERP data flows, cloud environment clones, etc. promptly including raising Oracle Support Requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with end-users and EPM admins to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Ensure integrity of governance and workflow processes for financial data model within EDM application.

 

Integration & Data Management:

  • Design and implement data extraction and integration processes between Oracle Cloud EPM or 3rd Party Systems and various ERPs and data warehouses with required design specifications documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the process flows
  • Collaborate with the middleware integration team to design, architect.
  • Create and manage data integration processes and orchestrate error handling and scheduling between various ERPs and integrated systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data floes including time-sensitivity of feeding data into target systems during period end close and forecasting cycles.

 

End-User Training & Documentation:

  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs to maximize the effective adoptions of applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and technical processes.

 

Continuous Improvement & Upgrades

  • Stay informed about monthly/quarterly Oracle Cloud EPM and ERP updates and enhancements and perform impact assessments to develop test cases based on release notes and ensure timely testing and defect resolution process and well as user training.
  • Plan and execute cloud and system enhancements in collaboration with IT and Finance stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle ERP & EPM processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in ERP data extractions and integrations as well as high level understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM and ERP applications.
  • Experience in data integration, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and working with large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Project Management experience and certification is a plus.
  • Agile Scrum certification is a plus.

Additional Information:

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
