Lead AI Product Manager

Prosper is building the most advanced conversational AI agents for the healthcare industry. Headquartered in New York and with offices in Barcelona, we work with dozens of large and enterprise healthcare organizations. We’ve raised $35M Series A from top investors like a16z (Github, Slack), Base10 (Figma, Notion), YC (Stripe, Airbnb) and Emergence (Salesforce, Zoom).

Prosper was founded by Josep Marc Mingot (Math+Telco Engineering from UPCTech (Barcelona), MIT Research in Computer Vision, and Product Leader in a NY startup acquired by NYSE:AON) and Xavier de Gracia (ESADE, JP Morgan, Bain & Company, Harvard MBA, and VP at a NY startup acquired by NASDAQ:ANGI). We are a highly motivated team of 20 located in New York and Barcelona, ex-{MIT, HBS, Bain, Math/CS/Physics olympics,...}.

We are looking for ambitious, exceptionally talented team members to help scale our product and support a growing client base. As we prepare for fundraising and rapid expansion in the coming months, we are building a team ready to grow with us.

As a Lead AI Product Manager in our Barcelona and/or New York office, your goal is to ensure Prosper’s AI agents succeed across real healthcare workflows of our clients. You will own a portfolio of AI agent deployments across multiple customers and act as the general manager for those agents in production: responsible for design, performance, customer impact, expansion, and the ARR your agents drive.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, operations, analytics, and AI. You will go beyond strategy and own execution in detail: understanding workflows deeply, diagnosing issues from data and real interactions, driving improvements with engineering and operations, and building the systems required to scale deployments successfully and owning executive level client relationships including c-suite steerco’s. This role requires wearing multiple hats - combining product thinking, operational ownership, customer leadership, and analytical problem-solving to ensure Prosper’s AI agents succeed.

You will also lead a team of AI Product Managers and Agent Operations teammates. The role therefore requires a combination of hands-on individual contributor strength and people leadership.

This role is ideal for standout profiles from top high-growth startup product teams or top-tier consulting backgrounds with strong technical foundations, who want to own meaningful outcomes and help define how AI agents are deployed at scale in real-world healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities:

1. Own a portfolio of AI agent designs and deployments and their business impact

2. Act as the GM of your accounts, with responsibility for the commercial success of your agents, performance, expansion, and ARR growth across your accounts

3. Define priorities, success metrics, and rollout strategy for each deployment

4. Analyze performance data, identify issues, and drive improvements quickly

5. Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify new opportunities and solve operational pain points

6. Partner with engineering, product, and operations to ship and scale improvements

7. Build repeatable playbooks and processes across deployments

8. Lead, mentor, and raise the bar for a team of AI Product Managers and Agent Operations

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of one of the most important shifts in software: the move from traditional SaaS to AI agents operating real workflows in production. You will help define what great looks like in this new category, while building a strong leadership trajectory in one of the most consequential areas of applied AI.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or a similarly rigorous technical field

2. 6+ years of professional experience in roles with significant ownership and execution responsibility

3. Strong track record in project management, product deployment, operations, or management consulting, ideally in high-performance environments (eg. high-growth startup, mbb, investment banking)

4. Hands-on experience building/designing software solutions and enough technical depth to work autonomously with engineers, data, and implementation details

5. Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, diagnose root causes, and drive practical solutions

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders that includes client’s c-suite.

7. Proven leadership ability, with experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing high-performing teams
