Lead AI Engineer

As a Lead AI Engineer at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative AI solutions
• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and models to address business challenges
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices in AI development
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Lead project teams within the business
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
