Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the AI engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Set clear goals and roadmaps for AI projects, ensuring they drive company growth and innovation.

• Lead, mentor, and grow the AI engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models.

• Ensure the implementation of best practices in AI development, data management, and software engineering.

• Manage multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.

• Lead the development of AI-driven solutions for contract analysis, natural language processing (NLP), and other applications.

• Ensure robust and scalable implementation of knowledge graphs using Neo4j.

• Design and implement a microservices architecture that supports AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

• Oversee the integration of AI models into microservices and ensure seamless API design.

• Ensure AI systems are scalable and optimized for performance, handling large datasets and high traffic.

• Implement performance tuning and load balancing strategies for distributed systems.

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to data security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

• Implement robust data encryption and role-based access control (RBAC) mechanisms.

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI projects, ensuring efficient deployment processes.

• Implement infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) for scalable and reliable deployments.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to support AI engineering needs.

• Optimize cloud resource usage for cost-effectiveness and performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Communicate technical strategies and project statuses to stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills:

• Required Minimum of 5+ Years of experience.

• Knowledge Graphs & Neo4j: Deep understanding of graph databases, particularly Neo4j, with experience designing and implementing complex knowledge graphs.

• AI & Machine Learning: Strong background in AI/ML algorithms and their applications, including AI-driven contract analysis and natural language processing (NLP).

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

• Microservices Architecture: Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing microservices, including RESTful API design.

• Scalability & Performance Optimization: Experience with scalable system design, performance tuning, and distributed systems.

• Data Security & Compliance: Understanding of data encryption, RBAC, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

• DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline setup, and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).

• Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Tooling & Frameworks: Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), as well as monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

• Proven experience leading AI engineering teams, with strong project management and mentorship skills.

• Ability to align technical strategies with business goals and drive AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.

• Effective Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
