Lead AI Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with executive-level stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, operational pain points, and AI-readiness.
• Translate high-level business needs into concrete AI strategies, balancing market relevance, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Design tailored AI solutions, collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the consulting lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to solution design and implementation oversight.
• Lead and support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, technical pitches, and high-level solution architecture.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML, generative AI, and LLMs, and guide clients in understanding their strategic implications.
• Ensure delivery teams stay aligned with business outcomes and help build long-term client relationships.
• Champion the growth of the AI Consulting practice internally through bold, high-energy leadership.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Data, and Technology Consulting, ideally with exposure to both technical and strategic workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI/ML solutions, especially with generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
• Strong strategic thinking: able to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.
• Excellent communicator: articulate, persuasive, and capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and focused on delivering real business impact.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written); additional languages are a plus.
