As an AI-First Adoption Lead, you will drive the company’s transition toward AI-powered ways of working. Your mission is highly execution-focused: helping both business and tech teams move from experimentation to real, embedded AI usage in their daily operations.
You will work cross-functionally with business teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) and closely with VPTech leadership to rethink processes, improve decision-making, and unlock new performance levers through AI.
You’ll also partner with the CAIO and CTO to operationalize the company’s AI ambition through trainings, hackathons, and structured adoption initiatives, while challenging and evolving engineering practices toward an AI-first model.
🎯 TASKS
Drive AI adoption across business functions by identifying high-impact use cases and embedding them into daily workflows
Help teams rethink their roles and processes from the ground up using AI (not just incremental improvements)
Lead operational rollout of AI initiatives through workshops, trainings, hackathons, and coaching
Translate strategic AI ambitions into concrete execution plans, rituals, and measurable outcomes
Challenge existing processes with business owners (BPOs) and redesign workflows leveraging AI
Partner with VP of Engineering to accelerate AI adoption in VPTech (AI-assisted coding, hiring, career paths, engineering practices)
Facilitate AI literacy and build momentum through internal events and communities of practice
Support leadership (CAIO, CTO) in structuring sustainable, long-term AI adoption across the organization

Hands-on mindset with a proven ability to move from strategy to execution
