Work responsibilities:
- Collect and monitor KPIs
- Perform General Ledger and Fixed asset accounting and organize full accounting process according to accounting standards and group policies
- Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing activities
- Preparation of financial, annual, and operational reports as well as other necessary management and regulatory documentation
- Providing the necessary information to the tax authorities, auditors etc.
- Support internal customers in general accounting matters, reply to queries
- Support other team members in accounting related matters, be an accounting expert and advisor when needed
- Take part in various internal development initiatives
- Take care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)
Requirements
- Experience from financial accounting and reporting according to IFRS
- Proven work experience as a Lead Accountant
- Experience and knowledge of Swedish tax legislation
- Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Responsible, punctual, service minded and supportive personality
- Able to work in deadline-thriven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance and accounting
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team worker, good at supporting others and good at collaboration
