As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
You will report directly to our Director Sales and you’ll work out of our Argentina location on a Remote work schedule being responsible for south cone customers.
In this role, you will impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts focused on products such as catalysts and combine with our extensive services portfolio. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management/sales or being an engineering/operator in the refining or petrochemical industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 30% of your time
