PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accessibility Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Accessibility Training Specialist, contribute and deliver subject matter expertise and accessibility training solutions to users within our Government client to ensure information and communication technology (ICT) products meet the United States Access Board’s Section 508 Standards. Accessibility training will cover Section 508 compliance as it relates to documents (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, PDF), web hosted applications, and mobile applications. Secondarily, the Lead Accessibility Training Specialist will contribute to Section 508 compliance product testing as needed, identifying defects against Section 508 and incorporated guidelines and standards, and identifying accessibility barriers for each ICT product assessed.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred
Required Experience: 10 years of relevant experience; Degrees may be substituted for years of experience; Associate: 2 years, Bachelor’s: 4 years, Master’s: 6 years, and Doctorate: 8 years of experience
Responsibilities
· Deliver and facilitate webinars and virtual training workshops related to Section 508 compliance of documents, websites, and mobile applications.
· Contribute assessment, research, and subject matter expertise to the development of training materials, including both virtual presentation materials and e-learning materials.
· Collaborate with other teammates, departments, and the client on content creation.
· Analyze key performance indicators to determine content effectiveness.
· Prioritize training efforts as directed by the Government COR, Program Manager, Team Lead, and 508 Leadership, and handle any required escalation in accessibility training as needed.
· Contribute to Section 508 compliance product testing as needed.
Requirements
· Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a public trust clearance.
· Experience with classroom instructional development and delivery.
· Experience designing and developing instructor-led and supplemental content with technical subject matter documentation.
· Experience with Section 508 compliance testing and reporting.
· Ability to manage multiple training projects and/or programs.
· Strong facilitation and troubleshooting skills.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Must be highly self-motivated and customer centric
